Wittle Wattle Delights

As Spring slowly begins to appear, the wattle trees remind us that although the nights are still cold and the winds may blow, Spring is on its way. These little golden lights shine out across the Blue Mountains sending hope of warmer days and bright sunshine.

In Kindy we have been dyeing silk with wattle flowers, adding the blossoms to our Golden muffins and bread, and even sprinkling the dust about the garden and our Kindy room. A reminder that the signs of Spring are in every-thing.
