The students were incredibly respectful and wary of the flames and they managed themselves and others sensibly and calmly. Thank you to the fire wardens who were poised and ready for any mishap. Your child may have mentioned that the final performance was \u2018stuffed up\u2019, \u2018a big mess\u2019 and \u2018really bad\u2019 \u2013 do not believe them. May I say the Sunshine students are resilient, inventive and flexible tweens. There was a mistake made early on and together, the children rose to the challenge to complete the routine as best they could! It was a great learning moment: how do we overcome challenges and different expectations together? With flexibility and creativity, of course! It was a wonderful experience to observe.
