Music teacher Adam, with the beautiful support of musician Sarah Humphreys, gave our students a real taste of being in the \u201cband\u201d.\u00a0 Year 7\u2019s delivered 2 pieces with soulful singing and rocking out electrics. Year 8\u2019s piece featured electrics as well as orchestral instruments, a blend of rock\/jazz\/classical with subtle threads skillfully woven into an entrancing piece. Year 9 punched it out loud and dynamic on guitars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funky music was followed by a sobering contemporary version of Antigone, a story written 2,000 years ago but could have been written for our times.
