It felt like a true winter&#8217;s day when I arrived at the Ganya. I instantly felt the joy of the community coming together to celebrate a member of us who needed our support. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We started with Aunty Corina giving a beautiful Welcome to Country. Then there was a smoking ceremony. It took a while to get it going with the wind, but the smell of the smoke filled my lungs, and the sensation of the smoking ceremony pulled me into the moment.
