What an iconic experience. Here are a few of our iconic camp experiences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Climb a sacred mountain (a hard 6 hour walk but sometimes pain really is gain)<\/li><li>Get dumped in surf<\/li><li>Be enthralled by wildlife (seals, kites, emus, an echidna)<\/li><li>Walk in an ancient Gondwanaland rainforest<\/li><li>Camp at a waterhole and explore the creek<\/li><li>Cross the Great Dividing Range (or is that the Great Connecting Range?)<\/li><li>Swim in the Mighty Murrumbidgee (and the Murray)<\/li><li>Picnic in the shade of old fella River Gums<\/li><li>Learn about the 60,000 plus oldest surviving and thriving culture at the unique World Heritage Lake Mungo&nbsp;<\/li><li>Change plans and change plans again!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We cleaned up after ourselves (recognised how much better we need to do this on a planetary scale), we never said no to a swim in a river (or to fruit) and we had each others&#8217; backs, again and again, adjusting so that we got the team through whatever the weather.<br><br>This camp is normally done in Class 7-8 but this group of students, due to COVID-19 restrictions, have had to bide their time.
